U15 – U23
Canada Soccer
Representing my country was an honour I'll always carry. I had the privilege of leading Canada as captain at the youth level. It taught me that leading isn't about the armband. It's showing up first, holding the standard when no one's watching, and lifting the players around you.

2015 – 2020
Professional
Toronto FC and Toronto FC Professional Reserve Squad (TFC II) (2015–2018), Memphis 901 FC (2019), then back to Toronto FC in 2020. I came up through the Toronto FC player pathway from the youth academy and into the professional North American Soccer Leagues. 6+ years as a professional, giving everything to the game until new ideas and passions started to take shape.

2021 – 2024
The rebuild
The last whistle wasn't the end. It was the start of a new chapter. I took the discipline that carried me through 6+ years as a pro and turned it toward new passions: independence, consistency, and the ability to help others re-calibrate.
At Humber I earned an Advanced Diploma in Architectural Technology (2021–2024) and played for the Humber Hawks: two CCAA national titles, CCAA Player of the Year, and 2022–23 OCAA Male Athlete of the Year.

Earn, Keep And Grow
Today I work as a BIM Technologist. I write about self-rule, personal responsibility and what sport teaches you about life, and I'm working on a few projects along the way. Growth never ends. All views are my own.
